The Supreme Court Commissions team at the Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a Court Program Assistant to provide a broad range of administrative support. The Commissions team provides staff support for the Minority and Justice Commission, the Gender and Justice Commission, the Interpreter and Language Access Commission, and the Tribal State Court Consortium. This position is located within AOC’s Office of Court Innovation.

As a Court Program Assistant, you will support the work of a team of skilled and driven policy analysts and program coordinators. You will help your colleagues plan, coordinate, and manage our operations, making us more effective across our entire scope of work.

In this role, you will provide administrative support for planning and implementing many meetings, events, and programs. We are looking for someone who is proactive and takes initiative to assist our programs. You will assess and carry out improvements to our administrative systems (such as project tracking and communication on Teams and SharePoint), maintain our website content, and be the go-to for keeping files, contracts, and inquiries organized and on track.

An interest in improving equity and access to justice in the courts is important for this position.
